We’ve crafted this day with love, care, and intention — not just to celebrate, but to share a meaningful moment with all of you.
Here's what to expect throughout the day, so you can relax, be present, and enjoy every part of it with us.
Ceremony – 3:00 PM
At Shaw House.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can begin on time and enjoy this special moment together.
Toast – 8:00 PM
Join us for a heartfelt toast — followed by a few surprises!
Reception – 4:00 PM
We’ll share a drink and mingle while the couple takes photos. A relaxed moment to chat, take pictures and enjoy the setting.
Before We Say Goodnight – 10:00 PM
Before the night ends, we invite you to write a message or memory for us to keep forever.
Dinner – 6:00 PM
We gather for dinner and drinks at The Coar and Bear, ready to share stories, laughter, and love.
Afterparty– 12:00 PM
For those who wish to keep the celebration going, we’ll be heading to a local pub. Everyone’s welcome!

Is it important to RSVP?
Absolutely! To help us plan every detail with love, it's essential to confirm your attendance by the RSVP deadline. If anything changes later, please let us know—we’ll truly appreciate it! We're kindly asking everyone to RSVP by January 31. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you won’t be able to attend.
Do I have to sit in my assigned seat in the ceremony?
Your seat will be indicated upon arrival. We've thoughtfully arranged the seating so everyone can feel at ease and enjoy together — we kindly ask you to respect it.
Can I use my phone during the ceremony?
We’d love for every look, every gesture, and every emotion to be truly present. That’s why we ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony and live the moment with us.
Can I bring my children to the ceremony?
To ensure everyone can fully enjoy the moment, the ceremony will be for adults only.
Can I bring someone who's not mentioned in the invitation?
As much as we’d love to invite everyone in your lives, due to the intimacy of the event and logistics, invitations are only for the person(s) named.
What if I already confirmed but can’t attend anymore?
We understand that unexpected things can happen. If anything changes, we’d truly appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust plans accordingly.
